All Wellhouse Saunas are inspected by certified electrical inspectors and UL approved. You’ll want to be careful if you are considering a DIY lit because they are rarely inspected by a certified inspector.
Yes, most of our heaters can be controlled remotely by your phone through wifi.
Other than our custom Sho Sugi Ban sauna all our saunas are clad in an architectural grade aluminum that will not fade.
Absolutely. We can custom make your sauna in almost any colour of the rainbow! We recently colour matched a sauna to look like the exterior of a terrace on a condobuilding.
Your electrician will hook the sauna up directly to your electrical panel. It requires 240 volt power.
Unlike most flimsy DIY saunas that can collapse under the weight of a big snowfall, Wellhouse Saunas are engineered for Canadian winters. We do not advise letting large amounts of snow to build up on your Wellhouse sauna; however, they are designed to withstand our winters and some snow on the roof is not a problem.
Yes. We are often asked by clients to change the lighting arrangements and when technically possible we make it happen.
Our best advice is to treat it like a beautiful butcher’s block. Always wipe it down with a wet cloth after use and periodically apply our sauna wax to keep it looking like new.
Wellhouse Saunas are shipped fully assembled and no location is out of reach for us. We have delivered saunas by truck, boat and even by barge! They are unloaded and put in place by a forklift, crane, boom truck or telehandler. But don’t worry we look after these details for you.
Yes, Wellhouse will guarantee the sauna cabin for 1 year from any damage due to design flaws or material failure.
